Experience was good. Was disappointed I could not get any information on the 6.2 recall while I was there.

I drove into the dealership and started looking at the 1500 silverado"s. within a couple of minutes was greeted by Willard Hill. We started talking and it was all good from there to driving off the lot with my new truck. The dealership did a great job. Totally satisfied. It's the Chevrolet diagnostic system that I am having an issue with. I originally brought my truck in to diagnose the rear camera system issue. None of my cameras were working, and the diagnosis pointed to the rear camera. I had waited three hours at the dealership for this the troubleshooting. Parts were ordered, so I dropped off the truck when the parts came in, and got a ride back home from my daughter - 30 miles. I received a call that afternoon stating that the rear camera wasn't the problem. The dealer had to order a video processing module. I had to get another ride back to the dealer, get my truck, and went home - cameras not repaired. Little did I know, they ordered the part and it arrived the next day. If I had known the parts were overnighted, I would have left the truck there. Fast forward to June 11th, (3rd time for same issue) and I had to rent a car this time due to I didn't have a ride back home once I dropped my truck off. This time they finally got the cameras working. Three trips to the dealer, 30 miles away (60 miles round trip) to get my cameras fixed. I don't fault the dealer, I have to fault the diagnostic system from GM. What would really make me happy is to have GM reimburse me for the rental I had to pay for to return for the 2nd repair trip.

Bought a brand new 2021 Chevy 3500 HD high country 1 year after purchase, noticed a broken connector under spare tire. Took it to valley, they said it was under warranty. Shame on me for not checking their work. The wrapped it in electrical tape. 2 years later, got tired of fighting with them so I paid to have it fixed. The next day after I had repairs done, now the rear brakes are locked up. I know nobody will read this or just file it

Went in for inspection/emission/oil change. Appointment was for 9 AM. At 11:30 when I hadn’t gotten my car back yet, I asked an associate and was told it hadn’t even been started yet. When I explained to the associate that I had appointments, I was told I could take my car and make a new appointment. I canceled my next appointment and Iopted to stay. My work was completed. I was told that appointments weren’t definitive, and I shouldn’t have made other appointments. I told the associate that I expected to be compensated for my wasted time as my time was valuable also. I was credited for the oil change, but had to pay for the emission testing. After I left Valley Chevrolet, I went to my bank. It was there that I noticed my tire pressure light was on. Not sure at what point in the inspection process my tires were messed with, but had to go back to the dealership to take care of the issue. The tires were new, and had been put on just three weeks prior. There were no issues with tire pressures or any sensor going off prior to my visit with Valley Chevrolet. I was told there was some type of cracked sensor, which they blamed on whoever I got the tires from. Which I did not believe. Staff was friendly enough, but due to these issues, I will not go back there again.

Arrived at my appointment time and was told there would be a 2 hour delay No excuse for that.

Came in for a PA State inspection on my new 2025 Silverado purchased out of state. Valley didn't have the gas model I wanted in the timeframe I was searching. Have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have had great sales and service experiences. Just disappointed that I was charged for the Inspection since the truck was not purchased at their dealership. Dealer does offer free inspections, but I guess not for out of their dealership purchases.

Easy in and easy out. Very professional.

9am appointment for just tire rotation, oil change. Told I have a recall and can’t leave till I get software update. After sitting waiting for hours, told they will give me a ride and call later when done. GM site is down, no update. 2pm get a call to be picked up , take the vehicle and we’ll reschedule the update. So tied me up for six plus hours for an oil change, tire rotation and still need an update scheduled. General Motors service is terrible anymore, can’t wait till I get rid of my Chevrolet. After 40 plus years and dozens of vehicles I’m done with Chevy.

Quickly got an appointment to analyze a check engine light. Vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup in a timely manner.

I brought my car in for a yearly inspection and to have a tire pressure monitor repaired (replaced). The service was quick and efficient. The tire pressure monitor work was under warranty, so there was problem there. Everyone was courteous and a pleasure to deal with, as usual.

Overall positive. I had a specific request for my vehicle which limited my negotiation but overall I felt fairly treated.

I brought my car in to have a non-functioning tire pressure sensor replaced. This was done. The technician also took time to examine the other sensors and he noticed that two other pressure sensors were on their last legs. I authorized him to replace them. This was very helpful, saving me additional visits in the future to replace them. As usual, I was entirely satisfied with the service.

The inspection was great. But I had to wait 2 and a half hours before the car was done. That's a long wait time.

I want to thank the Service Department Manager Paul who was able make time to have a Tech repair my 2 flat tires.

Great service, gave me an estimate once they diagnosed the problem with my truck. Repaired it in very timely manner. Unfortunately the labor rate was way more than expected. I don’t think I can afford to bring it back for future problems and repairs.

I trust the work is done right. The check in and out process is quick and easy. My vehicle was done as promised.

Disappointed that it took 1.5 hours for inspection and oil change.

I had a coolant leak and they informed me. It was the top radiator hose, which they had in Stock and had it replaced within 2 hours and I was back on the road.
